Every effort is made by Shayamoya to provide a safe and enjoyable stay, however Shayamoya, its employees and agents, stipulate that they do not accept liability or responsibility for injury, death, loss, theft, or damage of any nature, whether arising from negligence or any other cause whatsoever, which is suffered by the guest of Shayamoya.

I hereby indemnify and hold Shayamoya harmless against all claims of whatever nature and howsoever arising which may be made against Shayamoya, or be incurred or become payable by Shayamoya as a result of the use by me, or my family, or my invitees, of the facilities provided by Shayamoya.

I hereby waive any claim which I may have against Shayamoya for any death, loss, theft or damage of any nature sustained by me, or my family, or my invitees, which may arise in connection with your stay, transit to and from Shayamoya, and activities organised by Shayamoya, irrespective whether such damage arose as a result of the intent or negligence of Shayamoya, its employees, or agents.  This waiver is unconditional and given both in my personal capacity and my capacity as a mother / father / legal guardian / natural guardian of any minor concerned.
I accept full responsibility for any damages/breakages or loss caused by me, or my
family, or any of my invitees, to Shayamoya’s equipment/furniture, and I hereby indemnify Shayamoya against such damages or loss.  I hereby authorize Shayamoya to debit my credit card with the expense of rectifying such damages or replacing such loss.

I accept Shayamoya’s terms and conditions as pertaining my confirmation.
